HOWEVER I FEEL OBLIGED BY THINKING SOMEWHAT I WAS BEING CAPABLE TO FIND THAT "I WAS DEPRESSED" AND THEN I TOOK THE FORMIDABLE TREATMENT. ON THE OTHER HAND, I KNOW A BUNCH OF PEOPLE IN THE WORLD WHO TAKE TIME TO UNDERSTAND"THEY ARE DEPRESSED" THAT'S WHY THEIR SITUATION USED TO BE MORE GUT-WRENCHING. 1.THEY ALWAYS USED TO WEAR ON A HAPPY FACE:
That is something we most frequently name as "fake smile". However, do you know from where it comes?? The answer is possibly"NO". You have never thought about that. It all happens for depression.It is the time when you feel melancholy. But you don't want others to know about that. Since you know, maybe some of them can be anxious for you. as proof, your parents or family members or some of them won't be capable to emphasize you. As a result, you always used to wear on a happy face despite of not being down in dumps.
2.DON'T DESIRE TO TAKE OTHER'S HELP:
I feel that's something can be probably connected with the first one. Have you ever faced up any circumstances like, maybe you're trying to open the air to your friend but you're stopping at the middle and don't wanting to talk about that anymore? Because, you don't want other's help but again you're feeling helpless.If the answer is "Yes". then I will say you're depressed.
3.NOT BEING CAPABLE TO ILLUMINATE THE REASON OF SADNESS:
Have you felt so nonchalant sometimes?? The answer can be yes since there is nothing wrong with that. However if now I will ask you, do you feel the capability always to explain "why you're having a blue" The answer probably can't be yes always. Since it is one of the most common feature of depression that is,"It is not always possible to elucidate the reason of your sadness when you're depressed".
4.NOT TO FIND INTEREST IN ANYTHING:
Have you ever felt like you are not finding any interest to do the things you liked to do. To illustrate, maybe your favourite food has been presented in front of you but you are not finding any interest to eat that. Maybe you were fond of to do something however you have given up on that. Maybe you were crazy about a person but now you don't find any interest to shot the breeze with the person anymore. If you are facing up the situations then I can give you 100% guarantee that you are depressed.
5.BEING SO IMPATIENT:
Depression not always means you will have to be pensive always. Maybe you are fed up with something or someone so easily. It can be also a sign of depression.
6.FINDING TROUBLE TO SLEEP:
Maybe you've worked too hard and feeling slammed consequently however when you're continuously trying to sleep you are being failed. You can be feeling like you have gotten insomnia but for the most part it can be only your depression that is making your mind full of worries and hindering yourself from hitting a wink.
7.NOT CARING ABOUT PERSONAL HYGIENE:
Personal hygiene means taking a shower everyday and being tidy. These works are pretty doable for everyone. However for the depressed people it can be feeling as a burden since they used to be out of energy and feels better to spend time 24/7 in their bed.
8.THEY USED TO TAKE DRUGS AND ALCOHOL OFTEN:
Now it can be feeling a little peculiar as we used to hate the drunks but we never understand how much depressed they are testily. The highly depressed people used to be drunk since they feel it's a better way to be out of imagination and depression.
9.FINDING DIFFICULTY IN DOING CRUCIAL THINGS:
Doing pivotal things in life means "taking decisions, concentrating on something or remembering something . For a depressed person it can be more daunting to do all these things more than a normal person as the mind of a depressed person always used to full of different anxiety, sadness and negativity. That's why they used to be frustrated and less confident every moment.
10. THEY HAVE SUDDEN MOOD SWINGS:
The mind of a depressed person used to be so unpredictable as I have mentioned before they are so optimistic, impatient and frustrated. Consequently, maybe a person is having a happy face in front of you but suddenly it turns as so emotional or she looks so uptight suddenly. That means the person is depressed.

Depression is tricky in that it really does take time to notice that you are depressed. After giving birth, my friend had almost all these symptoms but it didnt dawn on her that she might be clinically depressed until she read an article on post partum depression and recognized what she was going through as such. Acknowledging and identifying depression is key to moving forward.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you, I anyways genuinely think that one can get out of that zone only by accepting first that they are suffering from something, then by acknowledging that there is a problem and they need to get rid of it. So yeah, Great post though. Thanks for sharing!
