Top 10 dangerous tasks not to do when you're depressed

IN MY TODAY'S POST I AM GOING TO BE TALKING ABOUT WHAT ARE THE THINGS YOU MIGHT DO THAT WILL BRING YOU DOWN AND WILL MAKE THE SITUATION WORSE WHEN YOU'RE DEPRESSED.  TOP 10 THINGS NOT TO DO WHEN YOU'RE DEPRESSED

1. DISTRACTING YOURSELF FROM EVERYONE:

Now it's one of the most common thing that I have seen approximately every depressed person to do. They always used to keep themselves away from everyone and used to shed tears alone. However, it's not a good thing at all. Distracting yourself from your close people can add flame to the fuel. It can make you feel, you're not a good person that's why no one is talking to you. But you will never realize you're distracting yourself from others. It's something that we always used to name as a negative mindset. It's better you're being near to the people who can bolster you at the moment.

2. SEEKING HELP FROM THE TOXIC PEOPLE:

As I have told in my previous blog posts, we are surrounded by different toxic people in the world that we most often used to consider them as our real friend. As a result, apparently when we feel depressed or troubled about something, we used to go to them by having a deposition of getting mental strength from them. However, they will only undermine you at this moment instead of boosting you by their deleterious words. That's why, testily it's better to be aware of them at this moment.

3. BEING INSIDE HOME ALL DAY LONG:

That is something being evidently connected with the first one. I know there are some people specially the introverts who always used to be feeling zen to stay in a idyllic place specially in home. However, at this point I will advise, just go out and strike up for a conversation with anyone or read a book by being sited in a park or anywhere where you feel calm. But don't stay at home.

4. TO DRINK ALCOHOL: 

Drinking alcohol is something that can give you mental peace at the first time when you're depressed apart from other times. However, you should always keep it in mind, it's an another precarious addiction and also so toxic for health. So, leave the habit of drinking alcohol as soon as possible.

5. FEEL GUILTY FOR LITTLE MISTAKES:

I know there are some over emotional people are being here and there in the world who always used to take everything so grimly and even their little faults. Little faults are everywhere. Don't care a lot towards perfection. TO ERR IS HUMAN. The one thing always be careful is that, you're not repeating the same mistake.

6. DOING COMPARISON:

I know there are some people who always used to compare themselves with others in every case. For instance, they used to compare their skills or success with other as well as their wealth. And when they notice, they are having something less from others that time they used to be depressed. If you're a person of that category, then never forget everyone is having their own unique proficiency. Learn how to be grateful with the thing you're having and be over the moon.

 7. THINK ABOUT THE PAST:

Again a common feature of every gutted person. Even though it's true our past is a part of our life, when we used to care a lot towards that, then it becomes a burden of our life that hinders us from coming forth. Never forget, your future will be made based on your present. So, work for today and don't be nonchalant by thinking about the past. You can only look back when you're accomplished and you want to see, how far you have come!!!

8. FOCUS ON THE WRONG THINGS THESE ARE GOING ON IN OUR LIFE:

I really don't understand, why people don't remember, life is not a bed of roses, It's full of ups and downs?? I guess, it's the one and only reason that's why people used to throw the towel so early by feeling down in dumps. In the mean time of struggling in life, always recall, nothing is permanent life in our life. Good days are coming soonπŸ˜€

9 . BEING ARROGANT WITH YOURSELF:

I know some people who always used to be insolent with themselves. They're not having a good friendship with their own. That's why, when they used to be in a trouble they used do consider themselves responsible for that. Whenever, everyone is being cynical with you if that time you're pushing you around, then there will be no one to accompany you through your journey. It's really cornerstone to have a good relevance with your own soul at any moment.

10. WATCHING SAD MOVIES AND LISTENING TO SAD MUSIC:

It is the thing that, I have forgotten to say in my previous post where I was discussing how listening music can heal depression. Listen and watch movies but please avoid the sad ones that support your sadness . They can be overwhelming sometimes.

With the increasing use of social media, many people not only compare themselves to others, but most often focus on all the wrongs going on in their lives and consequently sinking themselves into depression. Hope this blog with help someone suffering from depression.
