Since, in my previous post I have already told that I am going to publish the next 5 parts of it, that's why today I am here with this and the blog post is going to be the second part of it. If you haven't checked the previous post already, then you can read it.

Just like the previous blog post, in today's blog post, I am going to be talking about another 10 useful habits that will make your life more beautiful and meaningful.

Top 10 habits that will help you to improve you life [part-2]

1. Be careful while making friends:

"Be careful of your friend zone"- what is meant by that?" Maybe you're having the same question after having a look of this for the first time. We all used to make a tones of friends in our life. Most of our friends used to be so close to our heart. Almost every person in the world is having their own feature. If you're having a friend in your friend zone, who is having a bad site, then I am not saying you to leave him. But, you should always keep a minimum distance from him. Because, there are several examples are being here and there in the world where many people have ruined their life by being with the bad friends. Now you can claim that you're so aware of what's happening in your life. They were also aware. But, this is not a matter of awareness, this is a matter of company. If you will be having a strong bonding with the bad people, you will never know that despite of having unwillingness, when you will start being like them. Because, when your bad friends do any lousy things, then you can be also involved there only for giving them company and by caring about the friendship. And this is where all your destruction starts to happen.

2. Don't make close friends on internet:

I know a tones of people are being out there who love making friends on internet and they can hate me if they will listen about that. Actually you can't make close friends in internet never means that you can never talk to anyone and can never make any friend in internet. You can obviously make friends on internet with full freedom. But, you should always consider that you are making friends for a specific reason and you're not making it too personal by sharing any of your personal personal stuffs with them. I am saying all this, because it has been a common awareness for the whole world. Specially for the teenagers and the young adults. A loads of teenagers are being a victim of cyber-bulling only by making friends on internet. And it's something that is hitting their childhood a lot. Not only that, many young adults are being a victim of fake relationships on internet. So you should be always careful that you're not doing the same mistake like others.


 

3. Care about your real friendships more than the friendships that you found on internet:

There are a masses of people are being out there who keep making friends on internet. As a result, for the most part of a day they used to be found to be immersed in social media and chatting with the friends they have met there.  Eventually, they forget about their real friendships and relationships. If you're one of them, then you should always remember that, although internet is bringing the people so nearer to each other, but it doesn't mean that they deserve and can give you the same value like your real life friends and relationships. For instance, maybe you're having your birthday and your internet friends will never remember your birthday. They will only wish you when they will get the "friend's birthday" notification from facebook. On the other hand, your real life friends are likely to remember it. Just like this, if one day you will get sick or if you will get admitted in hospital, then your internet friends won't come to visit you. Only your real life friends will be with you in your danger. So value them always more than others.


 

4. Make less friends:

That is an another controversial point where many people can be disagree with me. Because, a tones of people are being out there who love making a loads of friends. If you're one of them, then you must have listened these lines for at least one time. These lines are, "The less people you have around you. the less you feel safe from the fake people" , "Fake people have become a trend in the world, so it's better to have less friends."  Sometimes these lines can be feeling unrealistic to you. But you should always know that these are never false. Sometimes you may hate to have fewer friends, but soon you will understand that simply a friend zone with less friends used to have more bonding among each other. Because, the friendships used to be more real. So, you must be always careful about all these while making a masses of friends.


 

5. Never waste time:

There are a masses of people are being out there who keep wasting their time by chatting with other, watching netflix or by playing video games. Even the rate of time wasting in teenagers is increasing day by day. The biggest fact about procrastinating is, at the first attempt it can be feeling enjoyable but at the end of the day time  wasting is always frustrating. Because, for the most part people used to be incapable to complete their important works only for being immersed in social media. That's why, they regret in the long turn.


 

6. Have a good time management:

It's something that's probably being connected with the first one. Having a good time management can help you in several ways. First of all, it helps you to boost your confidence and also helps you to use every minute of your day in a productive way without wasting it. Secondly, having a good time management makes you more attentive and punctual in your life. Punctuality helps you to be accomplished in your life. Not only them, there are also some other valuable advantages are being that you can only get by having a good time management. 7. Surround yourself with great people:

By being with great people, you can get several benefits. Firstly, you can gain a tones of knowledge that you can never gain from anywhere. Because, the great people used to know about several topics. Even having only a 5 minutes conversation a day with a great person can make your day more productive than the usual. Secondly, you can learn moralities from them. Because, the great people don't become great only by their education, they used to be considered as a great person for their great and unique insight. On the top of that, you can also gain several real life experiences from the great people. Overall, being surrounded with great people can change your life. Now you can tell me that where you can found great people? Even though, finding great people in the world is not a knack nowadays, but you can find some amazing people around you. You can found them in your family, friends, neighbors, teachers and anywhere you want. Being a great person doesn't mean, he will have to be great from popularity. People can be great for their beautiful mindset and beautiful work.


 

8. Don't take alcohol:

Back in the time, alcohol used to be considered as an addiction. But, now almost every person in the world is taking alcohol. People don't take alcohol not for being aware of their health. There are several reasons are being responsible for that. There are some people are being who take alcohol only for getting enjoyment. Moreover, there are also some people who start taking alcohol for being depressed. Some people even take alcohol for being with alcoholic friends. Whatever the reason is, taking alcohol is always harmful for everyone. First of all, Alcohol can lead to liver disease and other severe, chronic diseases. Alcohol may trigger emotional or past traumatic experiences. Alcohol can lead to dependence and alcoholism. Alcohol increases depression and anxiety. Furthermore, taking alcohol in a regular basis can cause a huge money wasting. I don't think that a real pragmatic person is going to ruin their health by wasting money before that. So, stop taking alcohol from today.


 

9. Go outside and have a walk in the fresh air for at least 40 minutes each day:

There are a masses of people are being out there who like to detain themselves in their home and don't appreciate to go out most frequently. But, you should know that through walking, you can have several benefits in your life. Firstly, walking for at least 4o minutes each day can be a good exercise. Secondly, walking in a regular basis helps you by improving your blood circulation. Not only that, walking regularly also helps you to lighten your mood, loose your weight and it also makes your muscles stronger.


 

10. Practice gratitude:

There are a masses of people are being out there who are so hard to be pleased. In a word, you will never be capable to make them happy so effortlessly and they never feel satisfied with the things they're having. They always keep saying that whatever they're having isn't a plenty for them and they deserve more. People with this kind of mentality are likely to be depressed for the most part. Because, their bunch of desires used to replace their happiness. Gratitude is the opposite of this kind of mentality. When you feel thankful and lucky with the things you're having, then the feeling is called gratitude. [Even do you know Once,  Shakespeare, one of the greatest poet of English history had told that "I was crying when I wasn't having shoes, but I stopped crying when I saw that a poor boy wasn't even having his legs"] - That is called gratitude. Gratitude is a precious thing and obviously a great way to live a more meaningful life. So, start practicing gratitude from today.

    1. These are great tips and I couldn't agree more! I found out the hard way that you don't need a ton of friends. The real ones are the one that will stick through the good AND bad. Those are the ones the count and matter. I also found that practicing gratitude on a daily basis really does make a difference. When you have a thankful heart, you open yourself up for a different mindset. One where is it filled with more joy.

    4. This Thanksgiving is a perfect time for expressing gratitude and being mindful about how we live our lives in general, so you post has given me a lot to think about. We definitely have to be mindful about practicing gratitude, otherwise we tend to take things for granted.
